Auf ihrem Weg durch Europa wollen The Fluffgirl Burlesque "Academy" auch in Zürich die kalten November Temperaturen anheizen.

Angeführt durch Head Mistress Rusty Licious, werdet ihr eine Show zu Gesicht bekommen, die nicht nur eure Fantasien stimuliert. Die Acts umfassen traditionelles Burlesque, pures Camp bis zu Neo Burlesque Interpretationen mit viel Humor und Ass.

It's back to school with The Fluffgirls as they tour the Nation in their quest for World Domination!

The Fluffgirl Burlesque "Academy" will be heating things up in your city this fall as they shimmy and shake their way across Europe schooling the ignorant and testing their fans knowledge on the Fluffgirl brand of Burlesque during their 'World Domination" Tour 2004.

Led by Head Mistress Rusty Licious, her faculty has put together a show with purpose that will stimulate more than just your mind! Acts range from traditional burlesque, pure camp to neo burlesque interpretations that touch upon current world issues with a bit of humor and ass, oops that's sass! Musical selections range from classical burlesque standards infused with electronic beats, 50's bump and grind, classic rock to more unique modern day recordings.

The Fluffgirl Burlesque Society is an organization that specializes in, but is not limited to, the revival of Burlesque. Burlesque was and is an inexpensive form of entertainment, otherwise known as "the poor man's follies." Sprung in the early 1900's, burlesque was a broad variety show featuring comedians and strip tease dancers. Like vaudeville, it owed much to the circus and circus sideshow acts. Originally the girls wore one piece union suits and then later began to develop more elaborate costumes with the popularity of Broadway review. The costumes became flashier and included increasing amounts of nudity. It was around this time that the actual strip tease was born.

Each of the performers has various experience in the dance and entertainment industry, but more importantly each is a self-proclaimed Burlesque activist, bringing the art of strip tease back to the modern day stage.

Die Rock'n'Roll Wrestling Bash 2 Tour der ACE-Wrestler ist dieses Jahr in der Schweiz nur in Zürich im Mascotte zu sehen. Es wird ein 3x3m Boxring aufgebaut, in dem die Mexikaner von ACE-Wrestling ihre Kräfte messen, während the Jancee Pornick Casino auf der Bühne den Kampf mit einem eigens dafür komponierten Surf/60s-R'n'R-Sound orchestriert.
